Mindfulness Based Resilience

For anyone who wants to learn how to use mindfulness to reduce stress and build resilience.

Did you know mindfulness can help your brain and body recover from chronic stress?

I've been teaching mindfulness meditation and the mindfulness based stress reduction program since 2013.  I know how powerful this practice is for healing and supporting the brain and body.

During times of high stress, mindfulness meditation can make a significant difference in how you manage stress, emotions and your relationships.

This online workshop is for you if you want to learn how to create a mindfulness practice to build resilience, reduce stress and/or help your brain/body recover from chronic stress.

This workshop is not only for caregivers or helping professionals.  It’s for anyone who wants to learn how to practice mindfulness.

I know stress is high now and you might want immediate support, so registration for this live online class includes immediate access to a 90 minute previously recorded bonus training: Meditation for Stress, Anger, Anxiety and Sadness.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • How mindfulness meditation can help your brain heal from past trauma and chronic stress.
  • How mindfulness meditation can help you reduce stress and manage emotions now.
  • How to set up a mindfulness meditation practice at home or at work (even if that means in your car on your break!).
  • Different types of mindfulness meditation practices with downloadable audio practices.
